Sait lodged a verbal complaint against the riding of Jockey C.S. Jodha on his charge SHADOWFAX. The instructions to the jockey were to tuck his mount in soon after the start and ride a waiting race. The Trainer observed that the jockey had allowed his mount to be in 2nd position and therefore did not ride as he was asked to do. On enquiring from the jockey and having viewed the race and taking into consideration the observation of the Trainer that the horse could not have finished any better, no action was initiated in the matter.SHADOWFAX (C.S.Jodha) was placed fifth by the Judge, in this race. |
