Incidents: ALLESSANDRA (Bhawani Singh) jumped out slow losing about 2 lengths at the start. Passing the 1000 metres, Jockey Bhawani Singh (ALLESSANDRA) was observed to have pulled up and dismounted. After the race Jockey Bhawani Singh reported that he had dismounted as the filly was lame. The Sr. V.O. reported that ALLESSANDRA slowed down at the 600 metres and was pulled up by the rider. On examination, the filly was found to be sore by the right hind leg and was sent to the Equine Hospital for further investigation. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
