ILLUSTRIOUS RULER (R N Darshan) was very fractious and could not be stalled despite all efforts and therefore he was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starters orders. Trainer Mr. R.Foley was informed that in view of such repetitive behaviour at the stalls he should not accept with his charge till its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least 2 mock races on the race track on a race day. Starting Stall Certificate Revoked. |
