Sandesh) was consistently kicked on left hind cannon and suspensory ligament by the horse from adjacent stall which had reared up and flipped over. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s order. Trainer Mr. Vijay Singh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. |
