 The Veterinary Officer reported that MOSSET and REWRITE THE STARS returned bleeding from their nostrils. Trs. Shafiq Khan and Rutherford Alford were informed not to accept with their respective charges until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 MYSTIC PRINCE (Sujit Kr Paswan) was hanging out from about the 700 metres of the race.
Rewrite The Stars
 The Veterinary Officer reported that MOSSET and REWRITE THE STARS returned bleeding from their nostrils. Trs. Shafiq Khan and Rutherford Alford were informed not to accept with their respective charges until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Moon Art
 dk b rig MOON ART, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of Tuesday, 8th February, 2022 and found to be lame on left fore. Under the circumstances the horse was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Persian King
 n enquiry was held immediately after the running of the race with particular reference to the fall of PERSIAN KING (P P Dhebe) during the final 50 metres of the race. At the conclusion of the enquiry it was established that the fall was accidental and no blame could be attributed to anybody. The ‘All Clear’ signal was ordered to be hoisted. The Jockey was examined by the Medical Officer and declared fit to ride. Subsequent examination by the Veterinary Officer revealed that PERSIAN KING sustained an irreparable/complete fracture of its left fore fetlock joint and was in severe pain and agony. Under the circumstances the gelding was euthanized on humanitarian grounds.

 ROBINSON CRUSOE (Richard W Oliver) arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the start. Tr. C Alford was advised to ensure that his charge arrives on time in future. ROBINSON CRUSOE (Richard W Oliver) walked out of the gates, refusing to raise a gallop & taking no practical part in the race. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter. As the gelding had behaved similarly in its previous outing, Tr. C Alford was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in a mock race.
Cape Tanaros
 CAPE TANAROS (Neeraj Rawal) was very difficult to load. Tr. Aashay Doctor was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.
Criteria
 CRITERIA (Md Azharuddin) was fractious in its stall, in the process its right hind getting stuck over the side bar. The gelding was taken out from the gate, examined by the Veterinary Officer, declared fit to race and was restalled.
Unstoppable
 UNSTOPPABLE (Amyn Merchant) was difficult to load.

 SHERWIN (Nikhil Naidu) arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Tr. C Alford had been warned earlier for late arrival of his charges to the start, he has now been fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/ for this instance.

 FOOL PROOF (Amyn Merchant) was slow to begin losing approximate 3 – 4 lengths at the start.
Astral Force
 The Veterinary Officer reported that ASTRAL FORCE returned bleeding from its nostrils. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Properly Posh
 PROPERLY POSH (Prathvi Singh) fly jumped out from the gates. App Prathvi Singh, the rider of PROPERLY POSH, was reprimanded for unnecessarily travelling wide for the greater part of the race for no apparent reason.
Luminous
 ch m LUMINOUS, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of Tuesday, 8th February, 2022 and found to be lame on right fore. Under the circumstances the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Vijay Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 MASHOBRA (Nikhil Naidu) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled in spite of repeated attempts. Under the circumstances the filly was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.

 SCRIPT (Md Imran) jumped out awkwardly and veered ‘in’ soon after the start. Thereafter Jockey Md. Imran was observed not to make any effort to improve position till the final bend. The Jockey was reprimanded for this lapse and warned to be more careful in future.

 CASTILLO (Md Islam) arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. Tr. D M David was advised to ensure that his charge arrives on time in future.
Cliffs Of Capri
 CLIFFS OF CAPRI was examined by the Veterinary Officer before coming to the saddling enclosure and found to be lame on right fore. Under the circumstances the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Shafiq Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
