Soon after DEVINE CHAKRA was eased out of the race by its rider as he felt his mount was not striding fluently from the hind. SCARLET WITCH broke down passing the distance post and was eased up by App Hasib Alam. Immediate veterinary examination revealed that SCARLET WITCH sustained fracture of both apical sesamoid bone of right fore, was in pain and agony and was euthanized on humanitarian grounds later in the evening. |
