The Veterinary Officer reported that HOUTZEN returned lame on left hind. Tr. Rutherford Alford was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 The Veterinary Officer reported that ROARING TIGER returned lame on left fore. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 Jockey Vinay Jaiswal when afforded an opportunity to explain the riding of b m WANDERING ANGEL, stated that his mount received a check when DELIA (Afzal Khan, drawn 1) shifted out some distance after the start and thereafter his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal when questioned stated that “my instructions to the Jockey were to ride his own race. After viewing the replay of the race I am of the opinion that the mare was exhausted because she has run four times within a gap of 24 days as such she did not perform as expected”. The Stipendiary Steward decided to continue with this enquiry.

 UNSTOPPABLE (Md Islam) jumped out awkwardly from the gates.
Glory Halleluyah
 GLORY HALLELUYAH (App P Vikram) which was very difficult to load, was fractious in its stall, tried to duck out under the gates and got stuck. The horse was taken out and permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter. The Veterinary Officer reported that GLORY HALLELUYAH returned with a gum injury.

 The Veterinary Officer reported that SUMMER AIR returned bleeding from both nostrils. Tr. Shyam Habbu was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of FOR EVERMORE, reported that his mount was inclined to hang out at the top of the straight and lugged in thereafter.
Apna Time Aayega
 APNA TIME AAYEGA (Amyn Merchant) was squeezed for room in the final 100 metres of the race.
Sun God
 SUN GOD (Hindu Singh) was slow to begin.
Seasky
 ch m SEASKY, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of Wednesday, 23rd March, 2022 and found to be lame on left fore. Under the circumstances the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. H S Bath was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
