 Explanation of Jockey Mohit Singh (EXCLUSIVE SPARK) that he lost his left stirrup iron momentarily in the final stages of the race which he could regain after travelling few strides as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage was noted. However, the Jockey was cautioned to be more careful in future.

 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (HERO OF THE EAST) that his instructions were to position his mount 3rd/4th which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts. Trainer R H Sequeira while confirming the above added that his charge is running after a long gap for the first time in this season after being gelded and opined that the gelding has run to the potential was noted for future reference.

Trainer R H Sequeira while confirming the above added that his charge ran to the potential was noted for future reference. SUPER ANGEL (App. Abhay Singh) placed 5th in the race is sampled.

 App. R S Jodha (MARK MY DAY) was severely cautioned for taking long lead in the initial stages of the race as a result his mount got tired and dropped back in the final stages of the race.

Explanation of Jockey B Nikhil (ANGELITA) in the presence of Trainer M F Ali Khan that his mount was hanging in, in the straight more so under pressure as such he was unable to ride out his mount to complete advantage was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 3000/ for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage soon after entering into straight.
