 HUNAR was extremely fractious to be stalled. Tr. Imtiaz A Sait was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.

 The Veterinary Officer reported that TAHOE returned with a cut injury on its mouth.

 TIGRIO was extremely difficult to load. Tr. Shyam S Habbu was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.

 Jockey Nikhil Naidu, the rider of MYSTIC BAY, reported that his mount was not responding to his urgings as such he eased up his mount during the last 150 metres of the race, was noted.
Presidential
 PRESIDENTIAL was slow to begin losing approximately 3 – 4 lengths at the start.
Galen
 GALEN was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled in spite of repeated attempts. Under the circumstances the horse was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked.

3 (69) THE INS HOOGHLY CUP

 CASTILLO was extremely difficult to load. Tr. D M David was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again. App P Tejeshwar, the rider of CASTILLO, was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for excessive use of the whip (2nd infringement).

 SO SO SPECIAL was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of Tuesday, 24th January, 2023 and found to be lame on left hind. Tr. Rajesh Narredu was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 MEMORABLE MEMORIES which was difficult to load, was slow to begin. COMPLIANCE was fractious in its stall.
Compliance
 COMPLIANCE arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Tr. Patrick Quinn had been warned and fined earlier for late arrival of his charges to the start, he has now been fined a sum of Rs. 4,000/ for this instance. MEMORABLE MEMORIES which was difficult to load, was slow to begin. COMPLIANCE was fractious in its stall.

 NEW HUSTLE was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled in spite of repeated attempts. Under the circumstances the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked.

 App L Alex Rozario, the rider of RIMEL placed 4th by the Judge, lodged an objection against App Hasib Alam, the rider of COLD PURSUIT placed 1st by the Judge and Jockey S Saqlain, the rider of ARROW POINT placed 3rd, on the grounds of “in the last 100 metres when my horse was in full of running the winner and the 3rd placed horse came onto me and completely closed the gap which cost me the race”. b) Jockey S Saqlain, the rider of ARROW POINT, placed 3rd by the Judge, lodged an objection against App Hasib Alam, the rider of COLD PURSUIT placed 1st, on the grounds of “taking my ground from about 250 metres and taking me in when my mount was bumped in the last 50 metres whereby I completely checked my mount which cost me the race”.
