 GALEN was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled in spite of repeated attempts. Under the circumstances the horse was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked. Tr. Vijay Singh was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in a mock race.

 SKYBOLT jumped awkwardly from the gates losing approximately 4 – 5 lengths at the start. DANCE ALONG was slow to begin.

Nautica
 NAUTICA was hanging out while negotiating the final bend and drifted out when placed under pressure. Tr. C Alford was advised to take appropriate remedial measures. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine the filly and submit his report. On veterinary examination no abnormality was reported.
Tendu
 TENDU was very difficult to load. Tr. Bharath Singh was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again. The Veterinary Officer reported that TENDU returned lame on left fore. Tr. Bharath Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 DEVUSHKA was fractious in its stall and lashed out at the gates. The mare was taken out, examined by the Veterinary Officer, declared fit to race and was restalled. Jockey Vinay Jaiswal (LUCKY CHANCE, drawn 5) was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/ for failing to control his mount which shifted outwards soon after the start causing interference to MOUNT RENO (drawn 6) and DEVUSHKA (drawn 7). The Veterinary Officer reported that DEVUSHKA returned with a cut injury on left hind.

 Jockey Vinay Jaiswal (LUCKY CHANCE, drawn 5) was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/ for failing to control his mount which shifted outwards soon after the start causing interference to MOUNT RENO (drawn 6) and DEVUSHKA (drawn 7).
Mount Reno
 MOUNT RENO was extremely fractious in its stall, reared up and fell down. The gelding was taken out, examined by the Veterinary Officer, declared fit to race, was restalled and jumped out awkwardly from the Jockey Vinay Jaiswal (LUCKY CHANCE, drawn 5) was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/ for failing to control his mount which shifted outwards soon after the start causing interference to MOUNT RENO (drawn 6) and DEVUSHKA (drawn 7).

 Tr. Patrick Quinn when questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge DUBAI GOLD as compared to its previous run, stated that his charge was better off on the handicap compared to the runner up and the favourite HARVESTIME from their previous outing and the extra furlong suited DUBAI GOLD better and it just scraped through to win, was noted.

 DUBAI GOLD was fractious in its stall. THAR and ODIN were slow to begin. DUBAI GOLD was running green when placed under pressure, more so under use of the whip. Tr. Patrick Quinn when questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge DUBAI GOLD as compared to its previous run, stated that his charge was better off on the handicap compared to the runner up and the favourite HARVESTIME from their previous outing and the extra furlong suited DUBAI GOLD better and it just scraped through to win, was noted.
