Explanation of Jockey Vivek G (D RIGHT TIME) that his mount drifted out in the straight under pressure inspite of his best efforts, noted.

 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (WINDSOR) that his instructions were to sit close with the front bunch which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.

 Explanation of App. Md. Ekram Alam (MILTON KEYNES) in the presence of Trainer L D Silva that his instructions were to sit close 2nd/3rd but as his mount was keen, he was unable to position his mount as instructed and was forced to travel along with TEMPTATIONS (P. Ajeeth Kumar) in the front in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best was not accepted and the App. Ekram Alam was severely reprimanded to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions.
Temptations
 Explanation of App. Md. Ekram Alam (MILTON KEYNES) in the presence of Trainer L D Silva that his instructions were to sit close 2nd/3rd but as his mount was keen, he was unable to position his mount as instructed and was forced to travel along with TEMPTATIONS (P. Ajeeth Kumar) in the front in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best was not accepted and the App. Ekram Alam was severely reprimanded to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions. Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was cautioned to exercise greater care in saddling of his charge TEMPTATIONS (P. Ajeeth Kumar) the winner whose saddle slipped during the running of the race. TEMPTATIONS (P. Ajeeth Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.
Star Cruise
 STAR CRUISE (Kiran Naidu) was observed to have sustained cut injury over right hind. However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.
Shubhrak
 SHUBHRAK (Surpa Prakash) bolted from the front gate before start and ran the course riderless. However, on the request of Trainer M F Ali Khan, the horse was permitted to run in the race. The gelding stumbled soon after the race for no apparent reason. Trainer M F Ali Khan was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.
Delhi Heights
 DELHI HEIGHTS (Dhanu S Deora) was examined at the starting gates and was observed to be trotting short on both hinds, as such the mare was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders.
Park Lane
 PARK LANE (B. Nikhil) planted and took no practical part in the race, SSC revoked.

 DECOY ( A A Vikrant) took a fly jump in the process lost about 2 or 3 lengths and thereafter took time to get into the stride. Jockey A A Vikrant (DECOY) was fined Rs. 3,000/ for shifting in at about the 350 mtrs in the process causing interference to REALEZA (App. Surya Prakash) racing on the rails. Jockey A A Vikrant (DECOY) reported loss of whip at about the 200 mtrs. However, the Jockey was cautioned to be careful in future.
Clare
 CLARE (Akshay Kumar) sustained cut injury over left fore. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.
Realeza
 Jockey A A Vikrant (DECOY) was fined Rs. 3,000/ for shifting in at about the 350 mtrs in the process causing interference to REALEZA (App. Surya Prakash) racing on the rails. Jockey Surya Prakash (REALEZA) was cautioned for shifting out in the final stages of the race under the use of the whip for no apparent reason.
Warwick
 Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (WARWICK) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer A. Vatsalya was advised for a better performance in future.

 An objection lodged by Jockey A. Imran Khan (BANGOR ON DEE) placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey Akshay Kumar (RIVAL) the winner that ` I was squeezed from about 100 mtrs by the winner due to which I scrapped the running rails as a result I could not ride out my mount to the best, that cost me a certain race” was overruled by the Stewards and the judges placing remained unaltered.
Kings Best
 Jockey Surya Prakash (PATH OF PEACH) was cautioned for shifting in soon after the start and tightening KINGS BEST (P. Ajeeth Kumar). Second objection lodged by Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (KINGS BEST) placed 3rd by the Judge against Jockey Akshay Kumar (RIVAL) the winner that ` he came on to me at about the 400 mtrs and took my ground due to which I was forced to pull my mount otherwise I would have fallen from my mount and came with re run, that cost me a certain race” was overruled by the Stewards and the judges placing remained unaltered. Jockey Akshay Kumar (RIVAL) was however fined Rs.10,000/ by the Stewards of the Club for shifting in at about the 400 mtrs and causing interference to KINGS BEST (P. Ajeeth Kumar) and further cautioned to be more careful in future.

 Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (SALISBURY) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was walking lame on right hind due to back sprain.

Saint Emilion
 Explanation of Jockey S. Saqlain (SAINT EMILION) that he was denied a clear run soon after the start and thereafter his mount took time to get into stride and was also hanging in throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.
