	Explanation of Jockey R S Jodha (CHIVALRY) that his mount was tending to run out in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer K. Satheesh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
Hoping Sky
	Explanation of Trainer Jasbir Singh with regard to the improved performance of his charge HOPING SKY (Mohit Singh) winner of this race, who finished off board in the previous race that his charge in the previous run which was 1st run during the season, the filly did not ran to the expectation, as such given a gap of about 21 days and ran in this race. After the previous run, the filly has improved, run a better race and just managed to win. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge based on the previous run and was available at longer odds. The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future. HOPING SKY (Mohit Singh) winner of the race is sampled.
Oskars Glory
	OSKARS GLORY (B R Kumar) trailed the field throughout the race, finishing the course at the rear end of the field. Trainer G. Shashikanth was advised for a better performance in future.

	Explanation of Trainer M R Chauhan with regard to the improved performance of his charge EXOTIC DANCER (App. Sonu Kumar) winner of this race, who finished 6th in the previous race that his charge in the previous race ran with tougher bunch and was in front upto about the 300 mtrs and thereafter dropped back as compared to the present race which being age group race, weaker set and 5 kgs allowance claiming App. in the saddle was added advantage to his charge and just managed to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds, noted.
Laurus
	Explanation of Jockey S. Saqlain (LAURUS) that to avoid clipping the front runners due to crowding of the runners at about the 1000 mtrs, he was forced to check his mount on more than one occasion. Trainer R H Sequeira while confirming the above added that the filly has soft mouth and throws head when put pressure. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken. Jockey S. Saqlain (LAURUS) was fined Rs. 5000/ for excessive and improper use of whip.

	LIGHTS ON (Kuldeep Singh (Sr)) was reluctant to be stalled inspite of several attempts, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked.
Challenger
	CHALLENGER (App. Md. Ekram Alam) was squeezed for room at about the 1000 mtrs due to crowding of the runners, clipped the heels of the front runner, in the process dislodged Apprentice in the race. The Apprentice who was given immediate medical aid was declared medically unfit to ride for the remaining races of the day. As the incident being purely accidental, no action beyond noting the same was taken.
