 IVANHOE (Surya Prakash) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths. An objection lodged by Jockey Surya Prakash (IVANHOE) placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey G Vivek ( DELHI HEIGHTS) winner of the race that ` he shifted out at about the 150 mtrs when my mount was full of running which forced me to check my mount and given re run by making his move from outside that cost me a certain race` was overruled by the Stewards and the judges placing remained unchanged.

 An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of PRAGUE, ridden by Jockey A.Ashhad Asbar and Trainer M.Srinivas Reddy.
Delhi Heights

 KINGS BEST (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) was observed to have sustained clipped injury over right hind point of hock. However the gelding was trotting sound after the race.
Brooklyn Beauty
 Explanation of Jockey Mohit Singh (BROOKLYN BEAUTY) in the presence of Trainer N.Rawal that his instructions were to sit close with front runnners but as his mount was keen soon after the start, he found himself in the front and in the straight his mount did not raise a fluent gallop inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.3,000/ for failing to follow the instructions given by his Trainer.
Alpine Girl
 Veterinary examination of ALPINE GIRL (App. Kuldeep Singh) revealed though the mare was trotting sound but had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer Jasbir Singh was fined Rs. 2000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
N R I Superpower
 Explanation of App. Shivansh (N R I SUPERPOWER) that he accidentally clipped the heels of KING BEST (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) and in the process he lost his balance he dislodged from the mount at about the 300 mtrs. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the explanation was taken. The App. who was given immediate medical aid, escaped unhurt. The App. was however cautioned to be more careful in future. N R I SUPERPOWER (App.Shivansh) was observed to be trotting lame in the morning of 14/1/2024

 ADITYA (Kuldeep Singh (Sr)) was observed to be trotting lame on left hind due to painful gluteal muscle .
Imperia
 Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (IMPERIA) that mount jumped out awkwardly and shifted in catching him unaware in the process scrapped the rails and thereafter he did his best. As this confirmed our observation and the incident was purely accidental no action beyond noting the same was taken. Trainer A. Vatsalya was advised to show his charge at a Starting gates before next accepting in a race.
Newfound Glory
 NEWFOUND GLORY (Santosh Raj N R) veered out soon after the start. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Subsequent Veterinary examination of THE AKHANDA (A.Ashhad Asbar) after the race revealed as a bleeder.

 Explanation of Jockey R S Jodha (POWER RANGER) that his instructions were to sit close 4th/5th but due to fast initial pace, he could not position his mount as instructed was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 3000/ for tender handling of his mount in the initial stages of the race. App. Kuldeep Singh (GOLDEN INZIO) was cautioned for shifting out under the use of whip in the final stages of the race in the process forcing out POWER RANGER (R S Jodha).

 Explanation of App. Ajay Kumar (PRECIOUS GIFT) that his mount dropped back in the final 300 mtrs in the process finished the course at the rear end of the field inspite of his best efforts. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the mare was trotting sound after the race but had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was fined a sum of Rs. 1000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race where the mare ran with sharp molars on both sides.

 Explanation of Jockey Kiran Naidu (STAR CRUISE) that his mount dropped back in the final 300 mtrs in the process finished the course at the rear end of the field inspite of his best efforts noted for future reference.

 Veterinary examination of BEAUTY FLAME (Mohit Singh) revealed that the mare sustained cut injury on right fore inside fetlock . However, the mare was trotting sound after the race.

 Explanation of Jockey A A Vikrant (CHICA BONITA) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.

 SUCKER PUNCH (G. Naresh) was examined at the gates and was observed to be trotting lame on right fore, as such the gelding has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.
