 An objection lodged by Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (CYPRESS) placed 3rd by the Judge against Jockey Afroz Khan (EK) placed 2nd that ` turning for home, when he was travelling 4 horse wide, starting taking me away from about the 400 mtrs upto 150 mtrs, thereby I had to check my mount and also bumping me in the final 100 mtrs when my mount was full of running, that cost me a 2nd place` was overruled by the Stewards and the Judges placings remained unchanged. Jockey Afroz Khan (EK) was fined Rs.5,000/ for drifting out from about the 400 mtrs in the process causing interference and taking the ground of CYPRESS (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) at about the 150 mtrs.
Sound Wave
 Jockey Mukesh Kumar (SOUND WAVE) reported that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race and in the process finished the course distance behind, noted. Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
Suryavanshi
 Explanation of Trainer M F Ali Khan with regard to the improved performance of his charge SURYAVANSHI (Surya Prakash) the winner of this race that this is the fourth run of his carrier and in the previous two runs, the gelding ran in whip less races and the Jockey had reported that his charge was not holding the bit and also injured the hind legs. He gave a gap of more than a month and gave two Gate practices with the equipment “TS” wherein the gelding showed better performance as such took the permission to use the equipment “TS” and “Hind Bandages” and ran in this race. The Trainer added that this being a conditional race for horses which have run at least twice and not placed 2nd or 3rd, his charge could be positioned well up with the field and set being weak, his charge went on to win the race easily . The Trainer further added that he has fancied his charge based on his morning workout was noted for future reference. SURYAVANSHI (Surya Prakash) winner of the race is sampled.
