Corinthian Keeps the Favourites Flying
The second day of the Hyderabad Monsoon Season unfolded with far fewer plot twists than the opener as favourites finally decided to justify the faith and the money invested in them. Corinthian headed a procession of market leaders who largely delivered, leaving bookmakers with slimmer smiles and punters considerably happier. There were a couple of close finishes and hard-luck stories, but overall it was a day where form held court and surprises took a well-earned holiday.
