Since this was the third offence with regard to the use of the whip, the matter was reported to the Stewards. Further, Jockey C Rajendra was observed to have used the whip in an improper manner. Consideration of the matter was deferred to the next meeting of the Stewards. |

| 5th till 1400, 6th till 800, 4th at turn, where interfered by the winner, lost its rhythim, gathered courage once again in the straight, flew but failed to collar the winner, lodged objection.Incidents: Two objections were lodged in this race. The first objection was lodged by Jockey M.Narredu, the rider of CABRIOLET, pl.2nd) against Jockey C.Rajendra (VERSAKI, pl.1st). The reason being after passing the 700 metres, he was off the fence and VERSAKI came on him and bumped his horse due to which his horse lost balance and ground and again in the last 50 metres, VERSAKI drifted out and hampered his running, due to which he lost a certain race. The second objection was lodged by Capt.Jamshed Appo, part owner of CLASSERVILLE (Wayne Smith, placed 4th) against Jockey C.Rajendra (VERSAKI, pl.1st) for coming on to him near 300 metres and tightening his horse and later on taking his ground, causing his horse to lose a few strides. |
